1) Pull the lines and the logs
DFS lines from PrizePicks, Underdog, Betr and Pick6, plus the sportsbooks' prices on the same players. Every morning we rebuild each player's game log from the official boxscores — NBA, MLB and NFL — and refresh the injury reports and rosters.
2) Score and price every prop
The Prop Score ranks a line on how often the player has cleared it. True % maps that score to what actually happened on thousands of past props, so an 85 means what it says. When a sportsbook prices the same line, the market's de-vigged probability takes over — every NFL recommendation is priced this way.
3) Let the AI build and explain the slip
Best Slip picks the slip length and legs that clear break-even, power or flex, with no two legs from the same game. Tap Analyze this pick on any leg — including ones you added yourself — for a short read on the player's form, the matchup and the injury report.

How a prop gets its number
Prop Score (0-100) — weighted hit rates against that exact line, in priority order:
- Last 5 hit rate
- Last 10 hit rate
- Last 20 hit rate
- Overall hit rate
- Games played (reliability)
True % — the score is a ranking, not a probability, so we learn what each score has actually hit from thousands of resolved props and show that instead. Refit every morning, split by date so it is judged on days it has never seen.
Market % — when sportsbooks price the same line, their consensus with the vig removed. It already knows tonight's starter and injuries, so it wins whenever it exists.
Matchup and availability — MLB hitters are adjusted for the opposing starter's strikeout profile where the data proves it helps, and a player listed out is never recommended.
Only this season's games count toward a score; last season is shown for context, never mixed in.

Where does the data come from?
Prop lines come from PrizePicks, Underdog, Betr and Pick6, with sportsbook prices alongside. Game logs are built from the official boxscores — NBA stats, MLB Stats and ESPN for the NFL — and rebuilt every morning.
What is the Prop Score, and what is True %?
The Prop Score is a 0-100 rating from weighted hit rates (last 5, 10, 20 and overall games) — higher means the player has been clearing that line more consistently. True % is what a score of that size has actually hit historically, so it is the number to bet from.
Which sports are covered?
NBA, MLB and NFL, each in season. Football arrived for the 2026 season with full boxscore logs, last season's record for reference, and every recommendation priced from the sportsbooks.
What does the AI actually do?
Two things. Best Slip picks the legs and the slip length from the numbers above. Analyze this pick asks Claude to read a fact sheet we build from our own data — the player's record against that line, the opponent, the injury report — and write two plain sentences per leg. It never adds facts of its own.

How often does the board update?
